I just started learning about them so could someone lemme know if this makes sense. Sprint is currently $4.23. I think Sprint (S) is headed to $5. Right now the $4 strike call is selling at $0.50 for Jun 10 expiration. S: Options for Sprint Nextel Corporation Comm - Yahoo! Finance So if I buy that $4 call option costing me $50 and in Jun the stock is at $5, I would potentially have a $0.77 profit on 100 shares earning me $77? Is this right? Thanks!
