(AP) 04:47:04 PM (ET), Saturday, August 8, 2009 (WICHITA, Kan.) Edward Williams is the definition of lucky after winning the lottery for a second time in a year. The Wichita man traveled Friday to Topeka to claim his latest prize, an $896,487 Super Kansas Cash jackpot. After taxes are withheld, he gets $627,541. Last September, he won $75,000 playing a $10 scratch ticket. He said the latest win "knocked me flat." * What luck James ? Good story...  * |
